License Requirements: US & Canadian residents must have a Valid driver’s license and must be present at the time of the rental. No photocopies or temporary license’s accepted. Visitors from other countries must have a passport, valid driver’s license or international license present at the time of rental.
Taxes & Fees: All taxes are applied in, the rates they do not include insurance coverage. Taxes may apply to additional charges.
Age Requirements: Driver must be 25 years of age or older.
Insurance Requirements: Renters are required to provide proof of full coverage insurance that will extend over to the rental vehicle. Insurance card or declaration page must be provided in order to verify coverage amounts. Optional Secondary Coverage is also offered per driver.
Additional Fees: All taxes and fees are applied to the price. Other fees, if you do not return with the same amount of fuel you will be charged unless authorized by LV Cars Luxury Rentals. Additional driver fees apply $25 – $50 and Secondary Coverage is additional for $149.99 – $199.99.
Mileage Charge: There is no mileage charge on any of our vehicles. WOW!
Restrictions: We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, hung over or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds only a credit for another day will be offered.
Where Can We Drive: You can visit all of Las Vegas local sites. Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire and many others. No Grand Canyon or out of state driving unless authorized by LV Cars Luxury Rentals. All of our vehicles have GPS to notify us if a vehicle leaves our perimeter
Cancellation Policy: Once your rental is booked, the full amount is charged. Any cancellations less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking price.
Deposits: We Require a minimum of $500 to $2000 USD deposit depending on the vehicle. Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is inspected upon return. Deposits can take 5-7 business days or sometimes longer depending on your banking system.
